1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BurnerLink (burnerlink.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.

2. Use of Service

BurnerLink provides temporary DNS pointers for staging and development purposes. You agree not to use the service for:

• Hosting or linking to illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Phishing, social engineering, or any form of deception.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited communications.
• Circumventing security measures or exploiting the service.

3. Link Expiry and Deletion

You acknowledge that BurnerLink services are temporary. Links will automatically expire based on your chosen plan. Expired links will be redirected to an "Expired" page and completely deleted from our systems after 7 days. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from this automated process.

4. Payment and Refunds

One-time passes and subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Given the instant provisioning nature of DNS records, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure on our part.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be error-free. You use BurnerLink at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BurnerLink be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
